Our team has advised, represented, and defended clients in the transportation and logistics industry for many decades. We've seen the rapid growth of the industry in our hometown and have used that experience to counsel regional clients and beyond.     Advised a full-service transportation and third-party logistics firm in connection with a $20 million asset-based revolving line of credit

    Successfully handled the defense of a trucking company and the driver in a catastrophic injury claim arising from a tractor-trailer/motor vehicle collision

    Successfully handled the defense of a trucking company in a wrongful death claim pending in federal court in Chattanooga arising from a crash between a logging truck and a passenger car

    Represented a trucking company in various products liability lawsuits brought against equipment vendors
