Cecilia Garrett to Speak at Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga’s Voices 2026
Cecilia Garrett will serve as a featured speaker at the Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga’s Voices 2026 luncheon on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at The Chattanoogan Hotel. This year’s program, “Advocates of Change,” will feature powerful and personal stories from Cecilia, highlighting her advocacy journey and inspiring attendees to become champions for positive change in the community.
Hosted by the Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga, Voices is the organization’s annual signature event, that brings together community leaders, advocates, and supporters to advance opportunities for women and girls across Tennessee.

Cecilia Garrett is an associate litigation attorney at Chambliss, where she assists individuals, families, and businesses in navigating a wide range of personal and professional disputes. She focuses primarily on business litigation across various industries, including transportation and logistics, health care, and manufacturing, while also maintaining a domestic litigation practice. Additionally, she regularly handles employer-side workers’ compensation defense and bankruptcy matters. Cecilia is driven by guiding clients through complex and challenging circumstances and helping them reach resolution. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chattanooga Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the Southeast Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Tennessee and Chattanooga Bar Associations.
