CORPORATE BUSINESS ATTORNEY
The Chambliss Corporate Business section is growing again! We are looking for lateral attorneys who are team players, personable, highly motivated to succeed, and that have a demonstrated ability consulting with and advising clients of all sizes. The ideal candidate must be an outstanding communicator and writer with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients. Finally, our new attorneys must possess a willingness to market and help enhance and grow the corporate practice and the firm as a whole.
We are looking for individuals who have at least 3+ years of transactional experience in any combination of the following:
- Organizational structuring, financial/investments/ VC arrangements
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Commercial real estate, including leasing land use, acquisitions/dispositions
- Construction
- Commercial lending
- Tax
- Nonprofit
With client service being a critical focus for the firm, these positions will be expected to provide top-notch service, including thoughtful and responsive guidance to clients and an excellent work product.
