Regulatory and Administrative Proceedings
Chambliss attorneys proactively assist clients with programming to minimize the risk of adverse regulatory proceedings and investigations. When the need arises, we represent our clients in licensing, zoning, and other regulatory proceedings to accomplish the clients’ goals, and stand ready to vigorously defend our clients in administrative proceedings and investigations. Our goal is to navigate the regulatory landscape to achieve client objectives and to minimize costs and business disruption.
