Jed Roebuck practices business and health care law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, organizational structuring and planning, joint ventures and other commercial matters. He advises both strategic and private equity purchasers and sellers across multiple sectors, including transportation and logistics, health care, health care services, manufacturing, mining, and home services. Jed works with both publicly traded and privately held entities, from conglomerates based abroad to family businesses located throughout the southeastern United States. In addition to transactional work, Jed provides guidance regarding operational issues such as management agreements, professional services agreements, provider employment and restrictive covenants, equity arrangements, and state licensing and certification issues.
