Logan Threadgill represents clients in a broad spectrum of business litigation matters and complex disputes in state and federal courts across Tennessee. He often handles arbitrations and mediations for various construction-related matters, including defective design and construction claims, warranty claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims. He also frequently counsels clients on contract issues involving insurance, limitation of liability and exculpatory clauses, indemnification provisions, dispute resolution provisions, and warranties. Logan has a deep understanding of certain statutory rights pertinent to the construction industry, including rights arising out of Tennessee’s Mechanic's and Materialmen's Lien Statute, the Prompt Pay Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
