Logan Threadgill to Present Construction Case Law Update at the 2021 AGC Tennessee Annual Convention
Logan Threadgill will co-present at the Associated of General Contractors (AGC) of Tennessee Annual Member Convention with the AGC of Tennessee Legislative Committee. In their presentation “2020/2021 Legislative Update,” they will cover specifics on recent cases in Tennessee involving construction disputes, along with the implications of those rulings and how they will affect the construction industry.
