Cathy Dorvil is a fearless litigator for health care and commercial clients across the U.S. Her previous careers in occupational therapy and health program management have given her a perspective that many health care litigators do not have. Cathy is also an experienced commercial litigator, representing and defending various entities including billboard companies, educational institutions, municipal and government organizations, and nonprofits in complex contractual matters. She handles cases in administrative, state, and federal courts. She quickly gets up to speed in identifying risks and appropriate solutions in the clients' best interests. No matter what is at stake, she will provide her clients with an honest assessment of the cost/benefit analysis of litigation.
