Gibbons leads the firm’s construction and design group, leveraging his background as an architect to provide exceptional legal services to construction and development clients while understanding the technical aspects of design and construction to save time and money. He resolves disputes through mediation and arbitration, represents clients in court, and handles a wide range of construction-related legal matters, including contract negotiation and drafting for projects of all sizes. His clients benefit from his industry experience and ability to effectively address complex issues with minimal explanation.
Keehan advises clients on a variety of business matters, including environmental compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, e-commerce, and everyday operations. She also works closely with startups and early-stage businesses on everything from formation to raising capital. With her background in architecture and global sustainability, Keehan offers valuable insight on brownfield redevelopment, zoning, and environmental challenges for real estate clients. She also helps businesses navigate security and privacy concerns by preparing privacy policies and terms of use for websites and mobile applications.
With over 15 years of experience, Maddux advises businesses on financial services matters such as bankruptcy, insolvency, loan workouts, restructurings, and commercial loan transactions. His deep knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Bankruptcy Code enables him to effectively work with creditors and debtors, particularly in Chapter 11 business reorganizations and commercial litigation. Known as a respected advocate in the Southeast, Maddux represents creditor clients when their customers, vendors, or borrowers file for bankruptcy and collaborates with lenders on loan transactions.
Siciliano is a member of Chambliss’ labor and employment section and advises employers of all sizes on a broad range of employment law matters, including discrimination claims under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and ADEA, as well as Title IX and FERPA compliance for educational institutions. She assists with employment agreements, medical leave, workplace investigations, and trade secret enforcement, helping clients maintain compliance with state and federal laws. Siciliano represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before agencies like the EEOC. Serving a range of industries — including education, government, transportation, and construction — she stays up to date on evolving laws and workplace trends to offer timely and effective guidance.
