Chambliss Team Assists See Rock City Inc. With Chanticleer Inn Acquisition
The Chambliss mergers and acquisitions and real estate teams recently assisted See Rock City Inc., a nationally recognized tourist and hospitality company, with the acquisition of the Chanticleer Inn located atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia. The bed-and-breakfast is a prime location for hundreds of thousands of out-of-town guests that visit Rock City Gardens annually.
The deal, led by Jed Roebuck and Kirby Yost, closed on December 13, 2022.
