Jed Roebuck and Cal Marshall to Present at 33rd Annual TBA Health Law Forum
Jed Roebuck and Cal Marshall will present at the 33rd Annual Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) Health Law Forum. Jed will co-present, “Private Equity Investments in Health Care” while covering private equity-backed transactions, current market activity, and common and trendy deal structures. Cal will co-present,” HIPAA and Related Privacy Law Developments” and will discuss recent HIPAA developments, including important details related to the Privacy Rule, patient right of access, and the Information Blocking Rule.
