Chambliss Elects New Members for 2024 Executive Committee
Chambliss recently announced Steve Barham and Greg Willett were elected by the shareholders to serve on the Executive Committee for 2024. Steve and Greg will join John Jackson, Laura McKinney, and Mark Cunningham, who was reelected as the firm’s president and managing shareholder, on the committee. In addition, Justin Furrow and Mark Turner completed their two-year terms with the board. Each committee member was selected for outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication to our clients and team members.

Steve is the chair of the litigation and risk management section. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation and often represents businesses, health care groups, medical revenue cycle management companies, consumer lending, and leading entities across the country on a range of disputes. Greg is the chair for our estate planning practice area. He assists clients with drafting plans —ranging from simple wills and powers of attorney to the highly complex area of tax planning — and various types of trusts. Greg is actively involved in administering estate plans through both court-supervised probate administration and the non-probate trust administration process. By concentrating on both estate planning and estate administration, he has been able to provide multigenerational wealth planning and wealth preservation for many families across the nation.
