Rebecca Miller and Sally Brewer to Present During the Tennessee Dementia ECHO Webinar Series
Rebecca Miller and Sally Brewer will present during the Tennessee Dementia ECHO webinar series on Thursday, November 6. Their presentation, “Legal Considerations for Providers: Capacity, Conservatorship, Care Planning,” will provide an understanding of the legal standards of capacity and how that differs from clinical models. They will also cover conservatorships and other alternatives and connecting with resources to provide effective support for patients, ensuring that their needs are met and they are protected in their health care decisions.
