Kathleen to Present on Education Policy Shifts at TAIS Annual Conference
Kathleen Siciliano will present at the Tennessee Association of Independent Schools (TAIS) 2025 Annual Conference on Sunday November 2, 2025. Her presentation, “A New Era in Education: What Schools Need to Know,” will cover recent policy shifts, regulations, and legal developments. She will discuss how these changes will impact schools and provide strategies for staying informed and prepared.

Kathleen is an associate in Chambliss’ Labor and Employment group. Her practice is focused on counseling employers of all sizes on matters related to workplace harassment and discrimination, medical and disability leave, discipline and termination, employment agreement, workplace policies, and restrictive covenant agreements, all while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. Kathleen also advises educational institutions on issues involving Title IX and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Her experience further extends to advising employers on discrimination or retaliation claims under Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and ADEA. Kathleen is prepared to defend her clients in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the Occupational Health and Safety Commission, and the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
