Jed Roebuck to Present at 2026 Carolinas and Tennessee Society of Anesthesiologists Combined Annual Meeting
Jed Roebuck will present, “Navigating Employment Contracts and Restrictive Covenants,” at the Carolinas and Tennessee Anesthesiology Excellence in Anesthesia 2026 Annual Meeting, held in partnership with the North Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists (NCSA), South Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists (SCSA), and Tennessee Society of Anesthesiologists (TSA). His presentation will provide practical guidance for both individual providers and physician groups, exploring key considerations in employment agreements, private practice contracts, hiring and engaging CRNAs, and the evolving landscape of provider noncompete agreements. Drawing on real-world examples, Jed will discuss common contractual pitfalls, enforcement issues, and practical strategies for navigating provider transitions and resolving disputes.
