Theresa Critchfield to Join Panel on Navigating the Practice of Law at SETLAW CLE
Theresa Critchfield will participate in a Southeast Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women (SETLAW) panel on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. She will join Ashley Gibson of Baker Donelson and Rosemarie Hill, a Chambliss retiree with more than 30 years of employment law experience, to share candid insights from their legal careers. Their presentation, “War Stories,” will feature thoughtful discussion as the speakers share real-world experiences, lessons learned, and perspectives on navigating the practice of law over time.
This in-person program is open to SETLAW members and nonmembers and will be submitted for CLE credit. The event will take place at Baker Donelson’s office from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. To register for the event, visit the Eventbrite page.
Theresa Critchfield is senior counsel in Chambliss’ construction and real estate practice areas. With more than 20 years of experience, she represents contractors, developers, and businesses in construction and real estate matters, advising on contracts, project risk, and related business issues. Theresa works with clients throughout all phases of a project, from initial agreements through completion. When conflicts arise, she represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration, involving payment disputes, construction and design defects, delay and acceleration claims, and other complex issues.
