Sally Brewer will present on estate planning during Mt. Canaan Baptist Church’s Getting Your House in Order event on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Her presentation will provide family caregivers with an overview of key estate planning considerations, including planning for incapacity, transferring assets after death, and the importance of having essential legal documents in place. Sally will discuss advance health care directives, powers of attorney, wills, conservatorships, dying intestate, and common estate planning misconceptions before concluding with a question-and-answer session.
