Sally Brewer and Tommy Grant to Host Hospital Employee Training on Conservatorship Basics
Sally Brewer and Tommy Grant will co-present on conservatorship basics for a hospital employee training on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Their presentation, “Conservatorship Basics,” will cover involuntary commitment procedures, validity and issues with out-of-state guardianships, conservatorships, and clarification on the authority of 16- and 17-year-olds to sign release forms for treatment.
The presentation is for hospital employees only and is not open to the public.
Sally Brewer is an elder care paralegal and has served as a professional care advocate for over 30 years. She often assists with matters related to elder law — such as wills, powers of attorney, and conservatorships — as well as care advocacy, dementia consultation, navigating long-term care services and supports, and Medicaid/Veterans benefits attainment.
