Rebecca Miller and Sally Brewer to Host Employee Training on Conservatorship Basics
Rebecca Miller and Sally Brewer will host an employee training session on Thursday, October 3, 2024. Their presentation, “Conservatorship Basics,” will cover validity and issues with out-of-state guardianships, powers of attorney and conservatorships, and clarification on the authority of 16- and 17-year-olds to sign release forms for treatment.
The presentation is for hospital employees only and is not open to the public.
Rebecca Miller is an attorney in the estate planning section at Chambliss. Rebecca uses her knowledge and expertise to give families peace of mind during some of life’s most difficult moments.
