Nate Kinard to Present to the Chattanooga Chapter of the Federalist Society
Nate Kinard will present to the Chattanooga Chapter of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. During his presentation, “An Advocate’s Practical Introduction to Crafting Originalist Arguments,” Nate will discuss the nature of originalist thinking in court decisions, pinpoint areas where originalist thinking is developing, introduce vital historical resources, and offer insight for researching legal history. This in-person program is open to Federalist Society members and non-members and will be submitted for CLE credit.

Nate is a shareholder in Chambliss’ Litigation and Risk Management group, as well as Chambliss Startup group. He regularly appears before arbitrators, judges, juries, and appellate courts, and also has successfully resolved cases using critical motions such as motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions for JNOV.
