Nate Kinard to Present During Tennessee Bar Association CLE Webinar
Nate Kinard will present during the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) Appellate Practice Section’s CLE webinar on Thursday, July 13, 2023. During his presentation, “Using Legal History: An Introduction for Advocates,” he will provide practical tips for using historical sources when crafting legal arguments and discuss various ways courts rely on legal history.

Nate is a shareholder in Chambliss’ litigation and risk management group, as well as Chambliss Startup Group. He regularly appears before arbitrators, judges, juries, and appellate courts, and also has successfully resolved cases using critical motions such as motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions for JNOV.
