Nate Kinard to Present at Federal Bar Association CLE
Nate Kinard will present at the Federal Bar Association (FBA) Chattanooga Chapter Lunch & Learn hosted by Chambliss on Thursday, September 8, 2022. In his presentation, “SCOTUS: A Year in Review,” Nate will provide valuable insight on the Supreme Court’s most recent term and what to expect in the upcoming term. This in-person program is open to FBA members and non-members, and will be submitted for CLE credit.

Nate is an associate in Chambliss’ Litigation and Risk Management group, as well as Chambliss Startup group. He regularly appears before arbitrators, judges, juries, and appellate courts, and also has successfully resolved cases using critical motions such as motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions for JNOV. Nate provides top-level risk management advice to general counsel for established businesses and startups, primarily regarding complex disputes over sales of goods, large construction projects, manufacturing and distribution contracts, intellectual property, and products liability.
