Megan “Meg” Williams Joins Chambliss’ Real Estate Practice
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to welcome attorney Megan “Meg” Williams, who will support the firm’s real estate and construction practice areas.

We look forward to the insight she will bring as we continue helping clients navigate complex real estate matters.”
As senior counsel, Williams advises clients nationwide on a broad range of real estate and development matters, including retail and shopping center leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, title and survey review, and entitlement and encumbrance issues. She represents national retailers, shopping center owners, developers, entrepreneurs, title companies, governmental entities, and contractors, providing counsel throughout every stage of a transaction. Prior to joining Chambliss, Williams practiced in both in-house and law firm settings, where she advised clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters.
Williams is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Having previously served as board chair and secretary of Young Professionals of Chattanooga, she remains an active member of the organization.
Williams earned her Juris Doctor from Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee.
