Mark Cunningham will present at the Society of Interventional Radiology Business of IR 2026 Conference on January 30-31, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia. On Friday, Mark joins David Levi, MD, CEO of Atlantic Medical Imaging, and Blake Parsons, DO, Interventional Radiologist at Cardiovascular Health Clinic, to present “Making the Leap – Transitioning to Outpatient Practice.” Their presentation will examine different ownership models for transitioning to outpatient practice, highlight essential legal and operational considerations, and provide actionable steps to help practices prepare for the future.
On Saturday, Mark will present, “Navigating Stipends, Bonus Plans, Fair Market Value Standards, and Legal Requirements.” His presentation will address various professional services agreements and employment agreements, clarifying distinctions between these agreement types within the current legal landscape. Mark will review common stipend categories, highlight key structuring elements and pitfalls to avoid, discuss bonus structures, and share best practices to mitigate risk and optimize arrangements.
