Logan Threadgill to Join Panel for AGC TN Annual Convention
Logan Threadgill will join a panel at The Associated General Contractors of Tennessee (AGC TN) Annual Member Convention on Thursday, October 9, 2025. In the presentation, “State Legislative and Legal Update,” the panel will discuss recent developments related to Tennessee construction laws and key legal considerations for contractors working on projects across the state. The wide-ranging session will also cover topics such as requirements under Tennessee’s mechanic’s and materialman’s Lien Statute and Prompt Pay Act, negotiating construction contracts, the use of AI in construction, and other relevant industry updates.
