Laura McKinney and Courtney Keehan will present at the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) 2025 Business Law Forum in Nashville on April 24, 2025. Their presentation, “Practical Tips for Contract Drafting,” will provide practical advice for drafting effective contracts, sources for precedent documents, strategies when reviewing drafts, and maintaining consistency for complex legal documents. This event is open to TBA members and non-members, and will be submitted for CLE credit.
