Kathleen Siciliano to Present at Tennessee Society of CPAs Conference
Kathleen Siciliano will present at the Tennessee Society of CPA’s (TSCPA) Not-For-Profit Conference on Monday, August 21, 2023. Her presentation, “Successful Engagement and Retention Techniques Across Generations,” will discuss legal obligations tied to employment benefits, popular retention techniques, and generational division regarding workplace benefits and trends.

Kathleen is an associate in Chambliss’ labor and employment section. Her practice is focused on counseling employers of all sizes on matters related to workplace harassment and discrimination, medical and disability leave, discipline and termination, employment agreement, workplace policies, restrictive covenant agreements, and maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. Kathleen also advises clients on issues involving Title IX and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and discrimination or retaliation claims under Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and ADEA. Kathleen is prepared to defend her clients in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the Occupational Health and Safety Commission, and the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
