Kathleen Siciliano to Present at TAIS Heads, CFOs, and Trustees Conference
Kathleen Siciliano will present at the Tennessee Association of Independent Schools (TAIS) 2024 Heads, CFOs, and Trustees Conference on Monday, January 22, 2024. Her presentation, “2024 Legal Update: Preparing for Back to School and New Legal Developments,” will provide insight into the latest laws impacting independent schools in Tennessee. She will cover topics surrounding school safety, vouchers, and common workplace issues among administrators, such as employee contracts and DEI programs. In addition, attendees can expect a discussion of various legal topics to empower heads, CFOs, and trustees for a successful upcoming semester.

Kathleen is an associate in Chambliss’ labor and employment section.
