Kathleen Siciliano Selected for Leadership Chattanooga Class of 2025-2026
Chambliss attorney Kathleen Siciliano was recently selected for the Leadership Chattanooga class of 2025-2026. Leadership Chattanooga is a 10-month program presented by the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation that provides established professionals with leadership development training, networking opportunities with top community and state leaders, as well as learning opportunities and involvement with community service projects.
Kathleen is an associate in Chambliss’ Labor and Employment group. Her practice is focused on counseling employers of all sizes on matters related to workplace harassment and discrimination, medical and disability leave, discipline and termination, employment agreement, workplace policies, and restrictive covenant agreements, all while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. Kathleen also advises educational intuitions on issues involving Title IX and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Her experience further extends to advising employers on discrimination or retaliation claims under Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and ADEA. Kathleen is prepared to defend her clients in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the Occupational Health and Safety Commission, and the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
