Justin Furrow will present “What’s Happening in Employment Law?” at The Baldwin Group‘s Annual Client Seminar in Knoxville, TN, on Thursday, March 6, 2025. His presentation will lead the human resources and benefits charge by covering hot topics and new legal developments in employment law related to noncompetition agreements, ADA compliance, and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.
