Jim Exum to Present During National Business Institute Online Seminar
Jim Exum will present during the National Business Institute’s (NBI) Tennessee Police Liability Claim: A Primer live online seminar on Monday, December 18, 2023. His presentation, “Obtaining Critical Information to Make — or Break — a Claim; Legal Best Practices,” will discuss techniques for obtaining and scrutinizing records, policies, and reports, restrictions on police records, and other considerations when acquiring critical information for legal claims.

Jim has tackled complex, high-stakes litigation as a member of Chambliss’ litigation and risk management group. His clients — ranging from individuals and families to government and municipal officers — seek his counsel in disputes across Tennessee and Georgia.
