Jed Roebuck to Present on the Business of Radiology at the Virginia Radiological Society’s Annual Meeting
Jed Roebuck will present, “The Business of Radiology: Navigating Contracts, Partnerships, and Artificial Intelligence,” at the Virginia Radiological Society’s Annual Meeting. His presentation will examine key legal and business considerations shaping today’s radiology practices, including hospital contract negotiations, workforce structuring and optimizing group support through teleradiology, joint ventures and practice mergers, and the role of artificial intelligence.

Jed Roebuck is a shareholder at Chambliss. He practices business and health care law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, organizational structuring, and joint ventures for health care providers, including radiology groups and physician practices. In addition to his transactional work, Jed serves as outside general counsel to hospital and nonhospital-based physician groups, health care service companies, and revenue cycle management companies.
