Chambliss Welcomes Real Estate Attorney Elisa Fox
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Elisa C. Fox, who will serve the firm’s real estate and construction practice areas.

With over 15 years of experience, Elisa specializes in commercial and residential real estate development and construction projects. She often assists clients with the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial assets, including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. She also represents owners, developers, contractors, and lenders in construction transactions and disputes. Elisa’s practice also involves preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, conveyance instruments, deed and use restrictions, and reviewing title documents, surveys, and other due diligence items.
Elisa has extensive experience as both corporate and in-house counsel, making her a trusted advisor for her clients. Her diverse background and experience allow her to take a holistic approach to client matters, prioritizing their best interests by carefully evaluating their legal position, business objectives, and future goals. Elisa works hard to provide strategic and cost-effective solutions.
Prior to relocating to Tennessee, Elisa was involved in the National Association of Women in Construction, the State Bar of Texas‘s construction and real estate sections, and the Eldon B. American Inn of Court. She was also featured as a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2015-2020 and a Fort Worth Texas Magazine Top Attorney from 2014-2020. Elisa graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.
