Chambliss Welcomes Gordon Rose to Labor and Employment Section
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to welcome attorney Gordon Rose, who will serve the firm’s labor and employment practice area.

With three decades of arbitration, mediation, and litigation experience, Gordon brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm. His practice focuses on spearheading investigations and responses for disciplinary, EEOC, DOL, NLRB, benefits, and contractual disputes. He is also skilled in crafting and revising employment handbooks and policies, as well as ensuring compliance with Title VII, ADA, and other labor and employment laws. Additionally, Gordon is adept in drafting and advising employers on noncompetes and other employment-related agreements.
Throughout his career, Gordon has represented clients across various industries, including health care practices, manufacturers, unionized employers, startups, aviation, and in sports and entertainment. He has successfully navigated highly combative, sensitive, and confidential situations, appearing before federal, state, and administrative judges and agencies. His commitment to providing candid advice and cultivating collaborative relationships with clients and opposing counsel positions him as a go-to professional resource.
Gordon is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and received the Certificate of Achievement in Conflict Resolution from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University, where he was selected to the Political Science Honor Society, and graduated from Syracuse University College of Law, with a focus on labor and employment law. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and is pending admission in Tennessee.
