Chambliss Team Advised American Bedding Manufacturers with Valesco Industries Investment
Chambliss recently advised American Bedding Manufacturers (ABM) on a majority investment by Valesco Industries. FourBridges Capital Advisors served as the exclusive investment banker for ABM throughout the transaction. Boyd and Dale Reynolds are the owners of ABM, which was established in 1997 and is based in Athens, TN. ABM specializes in the B2B niche market, manufacturing and distributing mattresses, bed frames, and case goods for institutional clients, including youth camps, missions and shelters, military installations, and higher education institutions.
