Chambliss Represents Tennsmith in Acquisition of Roll Former Corporation
Chambliss represented Tennsmith, a leader in the manufacture of sheet metal fabricating machinery, in its acquisition of Roll Former Corporation. Roll Former Corporation was established in 1978 and designs and builds machinery for roll forming applications, including metal roofing, garage door panels, sky lights, swimming pool components, and more. Our team included shareholders Laura McKinney and Mark Turner. The transaction was finalized on August 19, 2021, and details can be found in Tennsmith’s press release, “Tennsmith Announces Acquisition of Roll Former Corporation.” Tennsmith is based in McMinnville, Tennessee, and owns Roper Whitney, manufacturer of brand names such as Pexto and Connecticut.
