Chambliss Represents PA Group USA in Sale to Chicago-Based Professional Services Firm
Chambliss advised and represented PA Group USA, an enterprise software and cloud services firm headquartered in Chattanooga, in the sale of its business to Sikich LLP, a global professional services firm based in Chicago that specializes in accounting, advisory, technology, and managed services. The transaction was announced in a press release on October 19, 2021, and closed on October 31, 2021. The legal team that advised PA Group USA in this transaction included shareholders Laura McKinney and Mark Turner and associate Justin Powers.
PA Group assists companies with the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and manufacturing execution systems (MES) consulting, along with business intelligence, marketing automation, and cloud and IT infrastructure services. A Microsoft Dynamics gold certified partner and cloud solutions provider, PA Group has approximately 20 employees that will join Sikich and continue working in the Chattanooga office.
