Chambliss Welcomes Eric Kaulfuss as Director of Talent and Employee Engagement
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to welcome Eric Kaulfuss to the firm as the director of talent and employee engagement.
Eric will manage all aspects of human resources for the firm, including benefits, hiring, training, and team member experience. In addition, he will implement several strategic talent development initiatives that will play a crucial role in the firm’s ongoing growth and future goals. Eric will focus on high-quality talent acquisition and retention, including long-term and succession planning, employee engagement, and associate development.

With over 25 years of human resources and corporate experience, Eric is known for his innovative talent acquisition, learning, and team effectiveness solutions. As an impactful and supportive leader, he understands how to partner with internal and external shareholders to cultivate sustainable customer relationships that drive profitability. In addition, Eric is instrumental in developing exceptionally productive and motivated teams and has proven positive results in company turnaround and revitalization strategies.
Eric is a certified executive coach by the Gallup Strengths program focusing on individual and team development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in strategic organizational leadership from Quinnipiac University. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
