Chambliss Estate Planning Team to Present on Scams Against Elders and Fraud Prevention
Chambliss Estate Planning team members Sally Brewer and attorneys Rebecca Miller and Isiah Robinson will present to Alexian Brothers Live At Home Program members on Thursday, November 11, 2021. In their presentation “Stand Against Scams,” they will discuss common signs of elder abuse and scams, as well as resources that can help those who may be affected by these situations.
Sally has served as a senior care professional for over 30 years. She often assists with matters related to elder law – like wills, powers of attorney, and conservatorships – as well as care coordination, placement assistance, dementia consultation, and Medicaid/Veterans benefits attainment.
Rebecca uses her knowledge and expertise to give families peace of mind during some of life’s most difficult moments. She works with clients in both Tennessee and Georgia on elder law and special needs planning and care coordination, as well as solving disputes involving large estates and complicated assets.
Isiah guides clients on strategies for meeting their current and long-term estate planning needs. He often assists with well-crafted, personalized estate planning documents such as advanced health care directives, powers of attorney, and wills.
