Chambliss Care Managers to Present at Aging Well’s Series on Later-Stage Life
Amy Boulware and Dub Ellis will be speakers at Aging Well‘s senior living events on April 23, 2026, and April 28, 2026. Their presentation, “Smart Planning for Life’s Next Chapter,” will provide practical strategies and professional resources to help plan for yourself or support an aging loved one. They will outline a roadmap for making informed decisions, enhancing one’s quality of life, and taking actionable steps to approach life’s next chapter with clarity and confidence.
Amy Boulware is a Tennessee Licensed Advance Practice Social Worker (LAP MSW). For over 30 years, she has devoted her time to serving elders, people with disabilities, and their families through advocacy and geriatric and special needs care coordination. Amy helps clients navigate a world of senior and disability services and provides hands-on assistance, from advising on geriatric-related matters like Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance — to working with parents of adult children with disabilities as they age. Dub Ellis is a Tennessee Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with more than 20 years of experience. He supports the Chambliss estate planning team by guiding individuals and families through complex health and life challenges, with a focus on care planning, insurance navigation, and connecting clients to medical and community resources. Known for his thoughtful and respectful approach, Dub works closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams to help them navigate these challenges with confidence.
