Cal Marshall to Co-Present at TBA Annual Health Law Forum
Cal Marshall will co-present at the 35th Annual Health Law Forum hosted by the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA). The forum, which will take place in Nashville on November 2-3, 2023, will focus on key issues impacting health care law, insight from legal health care professionals, practitioners, and regulators, and will provide information to stay up to date on important developments. Cal’s presentation, “Telehealth: Policy Considerations, Practical Realities and Recent Updates,” will explore telehealth from a practical and policy perspective, including legal framework and recent developments, potential obstacles and risks, and policy considerations to successfully pursue telehealth.

Cal is a shareholder and member of the health care, business, and cybersecurity and data privacy sections. He is a go-to advisor for clients seeking counsel on regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy matters. Over the years, he has developed an intimate knowledge of state and federal telehealth laws and regulations and often speaks to various trade groups on best practices. Prior to practicing law, Cal served as an aide to several members of the U.S. House of Representatives, working on health care policy, government oversight matters, and more.
