Amy Boulware Featured in HealthScope Magazine Telling ‘Her Story’
HealthScope Magazine recently published an article highlighting the hardship Amy Boulware faced during her first pregnancy. In the article, Amy shared how she was a planner; however, all the planning in the world couldn’t prepare her to be in a position where her pregnancy jeopardized her life. Because of Amy’s critical condition, the doctor told her husband he might have to choose between saving the baby and saving his wife. Thankfully, Amy and her baby survived, and through this challenging experience, she learned that you might be faced with making a difficult choice at any moment.
Here’s a snapshot from the article:
“Our story could have been so different. The baby and I could have died, and our family may have been left mourning… Families face this sort of thing daily. We need to treat them with kindness and compassion.”
