Tim Gibbons to Present at TBA 2026 Construction Law Forum
Tim Gibbons will present at the Tennessee Bar Association’s (TBA) Construction Law Forum 2026. In his presentation, “Prompt Pay Act Musings” explores how construction contracts and recent legal developments affect payment timing and retainage under Tennessee law.

Tim Gibbons chairs the construction and design section at Chambliss. He holds a background in architecture, which benefits his construction and development clients due to his ability to speak the industry language and quickly understand details. Tim often counsels clients on disputes over differing site conditions, list efficiency, change orders, and defective design.
