Tim Gibbons to Present at Joint Georgia/Tennessee Construction Conference
Tim Gibbons will present at the Joint Georgia/Tennessee Construction Conference hosted by the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) and the State Bar of Georgia (GABar) in Chattanooga on October 10, 2025. His presentation, “View from the Bench (and Arbitrator’s Chair),” will cover best practices on trial and arbitration presentation and common mistakes to avoid.
The Joint Georgia/Tennessee Construction Conference, hosted by Chambliss, will take place on October 9, 2025. The conference will begin with a networking and welcome reception, and continue through October 10, 2025, with several CLE sessions. Tim chairs the construction and design section at Chambliss. He holds a background in architecture, which benefits his construction and development clients due to his ability to speak the industry language and quickly understand details. Tim often counsels clients on disputes over differing site conditions, list efficiency, change orders, and defective design. With many years of experience representing and defending clients in matters involving claims, including structure collapses and job site fatalities, Tim also has an innate ability to resolve disputes with other avenues, such as mediation and arbitration.
