Tim Gibbons to Present at CSI Chattanooga September Meeting
Tim Gibbons will present at the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Chattanooga Chapter September Meeting on September 28. His presentation, “Current Issues in Tennessee Construction Law,” will provide insight on supply chain issues, force majeure, and mitigation within contracts.
Tim chairs the construction and design section at Chambliss. He holds a background in architecture, which benefits his construction and development clients due to his ability to speak the industry language and quickly understand details. Tim often counsels clients on disputes over differing site conditions, list efficiency, change orders, and defective design. With many years of experience representing and defending clients in matters involving claims, including structure collapses and job site fatalities, Tim also has an innate ability to resolve disputes with other avenues such as mediation and arbitration.
