Tim Gibbons to Present at 2022 TBA Construction Law Basics in Knoxville
Tim Gibbons will present at the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) Construction Law Section in Knoxville on October 7, 2022. This year’s three hour CLE program will provide insight on the prompt pay act, contractor licensing, lien law, and construction contracts. This event is open to TBA members and non-members, and will be submitted for CLE credit.

Tim chairs the construction and design section at Chambliss. He holds a background in architecture, which benefits his construction and development clients due to his ability to speak the industry language and quickly understand details. Tim often counsels clients on disputes over differing site conditions, list efficiency, change orders, and defective design. With many years of experience representing and defending clients in matters involving claims, including structure collapses and job site fatalities, Tim also has an innate ability to resolve disputes with other avenues such as mediation and arbitration.
