Tim Gibbons to Moderate at 2023 Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel Spring Meeting
Tim Gibbons will serve as the moderator during “Optimizing AAA-Administered Arbitration” at the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel‘s (TACC) 2023 Spring Meeting on Friday, April 14, 2023. This interactive session, featuring American Arbitration Association’s Directors of ADR Services Bryan Corbett and Erik Goss, will focus on the results of a recent AAA analysis on the best practices in alternative dispute resolution procedures for the construction industry. This in-person program is open to TACC members only and will be submitted for CLE credit.
The conference will be held at The Tennessean Hotel in Knoxville and will include several presenters, networking opportunities, workshops, and CLE credit.
Tim chairs the construction and design section at Chambliss. He holds a background in architecture, which benefits his construction and development clients due to his ability to speak the industry language and quickly understand details. Tim often counsels clients on disputes over differing site conditions, lost efficiency, change orders, and defective design. With many years of experience representing and defending clients in matters involving claims, including structure collapses and job site fatalities, Tim also has an innate ability to resolve disputes with other avenues, such as mediation and arbitration.
