Max Bahner Inducted as Robert Reedy Bryan Society Fellow
Carson-Newman University recently inducted Max Bahner into the 2nd Class of the Robert Reedy (R.R.) Bryan Society of Fellows on May 5, 2023, during the school’s undergraduate spring commencement ceremony. This recognition is named after the University’s second president and is awarded to individuals for their significant and impactful service to Carson-Newman.
Max Bahner has been with the firm for more than 50 years, where he primarily practiced complex litigation. He has served in leadership roles for numerous bar associations, is a founding Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation and the Chattanooga Bar Foundation, and is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Association.
