Mark Cunningham to Present at 2024 HBMA Owners and Managers Meeting
Mark Cunningham will present at the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA)‘s 2024 Owners and Managers Meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. His presentation, “Updating Your Billing Service Agreements — Learning from Current Events,” will cover legal and business aspects of billing agreements, focusing on protecting both company and customer while reducing compliance issues and litigation risks. Mark will also provide a sample agreement and discuss specialized clauses for services like coding, provider enrollment, data ownership, and termination procedures.
