Mark Cunningham to Discuss Key Considerations at the Start and Close of a Client Relationship
Mark Cunningham will present at the 2026 Medical Billing Executive Conference (MBEC) in New Orleans on Monday, March 16, 2026. His presentation, “Key Legal Issues at the Start of the Client Relationship,” will cover contract basics, the importance of due diligence for both clients and vendors, and various issues to consider before services begin. Mark will also present “Key Legal Issues at the Close of the Client Relationship,” which will address common pressure points at the end of a relationship, the need for contracts and documentation, post-termination services and wind-down, dispute resolution, and arbitration versus litigation.
